About this opportunity

Join a cross‑functional team in Pagani, Italy, working on cloud‑native telecom products that use AI to improve automation, performance, and reliability. You will take part in the full development lifecycle—from requirements and architecture to implementation, integration, testing, and documentation—and help shape practical, maintainable solutions. The team follows Lean and Agile practices and values continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem solving.

What you will do

• Analyze requirements and identify practical opportunities for software and AI features.
• Design, implement, and test cloud‑native components, services, and data pipelines.
• Design and develop AI solutions, tools, and services that enhance telecom applications.
• Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models and related tooling where needed (data processing, monitoring, retraining).
• Build and maintain containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues, support integration, and provide clear product documentation.
• Contribute to product lifecycle activities and to standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Stay current with relevant technologies and propose improvements to products and processes.

The skills you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming skills (examples: Python, Go, Java) and familiarity with scripting (e.g., Bash).
• Familiarity with cloud‑native platforms and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid understanding of software design, architecture, and object‑oriented principles.
• Interest or practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts; experience with model development, LLMs, retrieval‑augmented approaches, or vector databases is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation and product development practices will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear communication, collaboration skills and a learning mindset.
• Fluent English.
