As a member of the Ad Operations team your mission is to ensure the flawless delivery and optimal performance of both Direct and Programmatic advertising campaigns.

In this role you will act as both a technical expert and a media trader playing a central part in the campaign lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional internal teams including Sales Customer Success (CSM) Product Tech and Finance as well as engage directly with clients and external partners.

Your objective is to drive seamless campaign execution maximize revenue performance and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Campaign Setup & Execution

  • Set up launch and monitor campaigns across DSPs and SSPs including CTV OLV and Display formats.
  • Optimize performance KPIs (viewability completion rates CTR).
  • Oversee delivery health ensuring effective pacing frequency capping and brand safety.

Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Generate detailed campaign reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Deliver insights and performance analyses to optimize future delivery strategies.

Programmatic Trading

  • Execute and manage PMP and PG deals across a variety of SSPs.
  • Support agency trading desks in resolving technical issues related to delivery and performance.

Technical Support

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for both internal teams and external clients during pre‑sales campaign launch and execution phases.
  • Support trafficking strategy development and provide implementation guidance.
  • Troubleshoot creative or delivery issues and manage escalations efficiently.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex delivery issues and client requests ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.

Team Management

  • Lead and develop a team of Ad Operations specialists.
  • Oversee daily workload distribution and ensure campaign SLAs are met.
  • Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and client‑centricity.
  • Ensure continuous team development through process improvements documentation and adoption of new tools or platforms.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Ad Operations Programmatic Trading or a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem including DSPs SSPs Ad Exchanges and data partners.
  • Proven client‑facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills.
