Real-Time Backend Engineer - AI Voice & Chat Platform

A leading tech company is seeking a talented Backend Engineer to architect and build the next iteration of their AI-powered voicebot and chatbot platform. The successful candidate will lead the migration from a PHP / HTTP stack to a modern real-time architecture and work closely with AI engineers and product managers. The ideal applicant has at least 3 years of backend experience, specifically in Python or similar languages, and should be skilled in building real-time APIs. This position allows for 100% remote work, along with options to work from the Bologna office.
