MANUTENTORE DI STABILIMENTO - FACILITY SPECIALIST

Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a skilled Facility Specialist / Maintenance Engineer for a solid and structured food production company in the Castel Maggiore (BO) area. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and supervision of the plant and office facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety and functionality of all systems.

Responsibilities

• Support general building maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.
• Control and manage the green area; conduct roof inspections.
• Monitor and report issues with windows, doors, frames and gates.
• Supervise cleaning activities for production and office areas.
• Maintain air compressors and air‑compressor circuit.
• Maintain and control the HVAC system for the plant and offices.
• Operate the nitrogen generator, ensuring proper functioning for production lines.
• Inspect and maintain water systems, cleaning and purging pipelines (sewage, sanitary).
• Maintain the fire suppression system.
• Monitor security systems, including intrusion detection and fire safety.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a facility maintenance engineer.
• Strong knowledge of technological systems such as air‑compression, HVAC, nitrogen generation and water systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to perform operational intervention and supervision on site, including weekends.

Contract & Hours

Permanent contract with a base salary between 30,000 and 40,000 EUR. Full‑time position.
