We are an international company in the Fashion & Luxury industry, known for our commitment to quality and excellence.

To strengthen our HR organization, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will support both Creative and Business Functions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Creative and Business areas.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, selection criteria, and onboarding plans.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

People & HR Administration

  • Manage contractual aspects, employment documentation, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support annual processes such as budgeting, salary reviews, and headcount planning.
  • Provide guidance on labor law topics, ensuring alignment with company policies and local legislation.
  • Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers, handling day-to-day HR topics and employee relations.

Organizational Development

  • Support organizational design initiatives, team structure evolution, and role definition.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment across teams.

Performance Management

  • Facilitate the performance management cycle, supporting managers in setting goals and evaluating performance.
  • Identify development needs and collaborate on training or upskilling initiatives.
  • Monitor talent progression and succession planning, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • Degree in humanities, economics, or related fields; an HR Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles, ideally within fashion, luxury, design, or complex, fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate evolving organizational contexts.
  • Good user of excel and PPT.
  • Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
