The Front Office Agent will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to guests before arrival, upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to check-out, in order to create memorable and personalized experiences for all guests. They must deliver the highest quality of service at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations. The role involves working in line with our company philosophy, operational standards, and procedures, contributing to creating a harmonious work atmosphere with a collaborative approach. He / She will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making dinner and tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, arranging transportation and any related service towards guest’s needs
