STRIKER - Store Activator Napoli

Within the Sales team, our Strikers are responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships and negotiating with Retail accounts in specific geographical areas.

Strikers must achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements of Red Bull to maximize sales of all Red Bull products.

Areas that play to your strengths

• Growth Mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will mainly manage ethnic point of sales. For that reason, it is required English language knowledge.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Valid driving license.
• Travel 90-100%
