Overview Of Role

The role is part of the broader Operations Department and entails performance of periodic / daily tasks across all main operations functions as well as liaising with internal clients from front office. The role also includes contributing to enhance processes efficiency and projects / strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor completeness of daily reconciliations of clients’ money and assets.
• Review of securities prices for client portfolio valuations.
• Production and delivery account statements of client portfolios.
• Setup client portfolios into the operating system.
• Monitor trading execution and delivery contract notes to clients.
• Client payment orders monitoring liaising with Custodian, Client Advisers and Outsourcer.
• Support Operations Team on new projects / initiatives.

Experience, Skills And Competencies Required

• Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills – foster and grow internal (and external) relationships.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Reliable, conscientious, and professional with high level of professional integrity.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
• Flexibility, “can-do” attitude with high quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (both Italian and English); professional manner; ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
