Direct collaboration with both creative and strategy teams ensures consistency and the selection of formats aligned with communication goals. The manager manages all aspects of client communication, providing ongoing consulting and translating needs into tangible deliverables. This role requires experimentation with new solutions, anticipation of trends, and ongoing innovation in content production. The manager crafts copy for both organic and paid posts, customizing content according to tone, target, and platform.
