Role

The Social Media Manager drives the digital evolution of the brand by developing strategies grounded in clear objectives, target audience insights, and channel-specific messaging. The role transforms strategic vision into effective editorial plans, delivering impactful content for defined targets and objectives. The manager oversees paid campaigns and channel performance, optimizing impact and ROI through data analysis and detailed reporting. Direct collaboration with both creative and strategy teams ensures consistency and the selection of formats aligned with communication goals. The manager manages all aspects of client communication, providing ongoing consulting and translating needs into tangible deliverables. This role requires experimentation with new solutions, anticipation of trends, and ongoing innovation in content production. The manager crafts copy for both organic and paid posts, customizing content according to tone, target, and platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop social and editorial strategies, setting out distinct content plans for each channel with a focus on targeted segmentation. Every platform is managed with specific methods, languages, and formats, always aligned with both overall objectives and platform guidelines.
  • Rapid adoption of relevant trends through constant digital landscape monitoring and operational implementation of emerging formats and market opportunities.
  • Coordination and support of the involved workflow.
  • Continuous client communication to share updates, obtain feedback and approvals, always within a framework of collaborative partnership.
  • Support paid social campaign implementation, benchmarking key metrics, and results analysis.
  • Analyze and monitor performance, translating insights into actionable guidelines, strategic recommendations, and practical steps shared with clients and internal teams.
  • Supervise video asset production (reels, live content) and identify critical issues and opportunities to enhance formats.
  • Promptly identify and manage potential reputational risks, handle conversation escalations, and manage crisis situations across social channels.

What you bring

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a communication agency.
  • Expertise in Meta platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest.
  • Sound understanding of digital metrics and the core platform KPIs.
  • Familiarity with emerging platforms such as Bluesky and Mastodon is considered a plus.
  • Content direction: Ability to identify the most effective formats for communication goals and guide the creative team in producing consistent, distinctive, and effective content for each platform.
  • Copywriting: Mastery of writing techniques for major social platforms, editorial sensitivity, and the capacity to adapt messaging across different digital touchpoints.
  • Ability to create static and animated content independently is considered a plus.
  • Social analysis & monitoring: Advanced use of tools for social analysis and monitoring, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and spot optimization opportunities.
  • Community management: Active management and monitoring of online communities, aimed at increasing interaction quality, strengthening user relationships, and growing each profile’s fanbase through listening, moderation, response, and amplifying meaningful conversations.
  • Fluent English (C1 written and spoken).
