Lead Innovation and Excellence in EU Public Sector Consulting

KPMG is a leading global provider of professional services to public, private, and non-profit organizations across various sectors.

Leveraging KPMG’s international experience (European Union, World Bank, United Nations, etc.), KPMG Italy serves international public institutions and monitors developments in areas such as EU reforms, strategic studies, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include :

• Participate in EU projects focusing on EU studies and Better Regulations, as well as other EU initiatives.
• Support project management and coordinate activities for project implementation.
• Collaborate with team members to disseminate knowledge on EU policy and methodologies.
• Conduct and coordinate data analysis, including market analysis, CBA, cost assessments, and indicator frameworks.
• Assist in business development activities, especially related to EU policy and regulation studies.
• Draft tenders and coordinate junior resources to ensure quality results.
• Analyze policy contexts and participate in EU tender procedures.
• Contribute to consortium building for EU tenders.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This candidate should have :

• A master’s degree in EU policies, Public Policy, International Relations, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in EU policy studies or working with EU institutions.
• Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data activities.
• Experience with international institutions or consulting firms familiar with such environments.
• Positive, confident attitude with good interpersonal skills, comfortable in multicultural settings.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Italian; knowledge of additional EU languages is a plus.
