Your future position in brief

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues
• Follow up on service tasks on equipment
• Install new parts to optimize machines
• Occasionally assist in installing automated equipment with engineering teams internationally
• Conduct tests to verify equipment functionality
• Provide technical support to customers
• Recommend maintenance plans, parts, or adjustments
• Train customers on equipment use

Our ideal candidate would have…

• Technical training in industrial automation
• At least 5 years of experience in the industrial packaging industry
• Electro-technical skills (capable of solving mechanical issues)
• A customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness
• A passion for travel – willing to travel extensively (+70%)
• Valid driving license B and residence near Parma, Italy
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and intermediate to advanced English skills
