Responsibilities

• Support the workshop manager in organizing repair interventions of external assistance technicians.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure maximum flexibility and quality of response to customers.
• Follow administrative practices related to technical assistance.
• Interface with customers and involve other company functions when necessary.

Technical Skills

• Technical diploma.
• Familiarity with main computer systems.
• Understanding of English language.
