Position Description :
- Develop design solutions from concept to detailed definition, including creating associated documentation (3D models, 2D drawings, specifications).
- Manage product configurations (assemblies, groups, variants, and updates).
- Prepare DFMEA and conduct design validation.
- Handle data management and processing (Python, PowerBI).
- Continuously improve new and existing design solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in product design, new product development, and validation.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drafting (Siemens NX / Teamcenter preferred).
- Experience in designing mechanical components and systems.
- Experience executing DFMEA and risk assessments.
- Fluent in Italian with good English skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
