The role will be part of the Stores & Properties division, specifically within the Maintenance, Planning and Project Management team. The Retail Facility Specialist will be responsible for the operational management of maintenance activities for the retail network located in Europe (EMEA), ensuring compliance with company procedures and maintaining established quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the procedure for identifying and reporting maintenance issues by stores, and the subsequent correct activation of the relevant service provider.
• Conduct regular site inspections, meeting with store managers to raise awareness of the correct evaluation and reporting of defects, damages, or malfunctions.
• Perform supplier analysis in terms of cost and quality of interventions; collaborate with the manager to assess potential changes.

Requirements

• Diploma in surveying or a degree in Economics/Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
