Responsibilities

• Organise meetings, calls, travel and other key business activities involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle and store digital documentation to maintain a smart, fool‑proof archive that can be navigated in a flash.
• Shortlist, manage and answer emails, keeping communication with external stakeholders prompt and on‑point.
• Attend meetings, take notes and mark actionables so that key takeaways and workflows are properly tracked and followed up on.

The selection process

After screening, you will take several tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. Successful candidates are invited to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and will not extend an offer until we are convinced we have found the right candidate.
