Business Development Manager - Leisure Markets

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the leisure markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and consolidating business opportunities, achieving individual sales goals, and contributing to the overall revenue targets of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio in the UK and EMEA markets, focusing on luxury leisure agencies, tour operators, consortia, and production companies.
  • Collaborate with the PR and Marketing departments to develop activities with special interest groups and manage partnerships with embassies and institutions.
  • Continuously monitor competitors and market trends, identifying new opportunities for positioning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the leisure industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
