Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you are an essential member of the Purchasing team and will be responsible for checking all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, delivering them to the correct outlet or storage.
What you will do:
Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel including loading and unloading carts and placing in appropriate storerooms.
Ensure loading dock and receiving areas are kept secure, clean and organized.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What you bring:
High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
Ability to read, speak and write Italian.
You should have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have a keen eye for detail, and be highly organized with the ability to multitask.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
