Clinical Specialist

Overview

A leading medical technology company is seeking a clinically experienced Clinical Specialist to support organ transplant procedures across the region. This role involves hands-on work with advanced organ preservation systems, supporting the preservation, transportation, and clinical assessment of donor organs including heart, lung, and liver.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage organ preservation technology during retrieval and transport missions.
• Provide clinical support to transplant teams during organ preservation and assessment.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and safety standards during all procedures.
• Deliver training and education to hospital staff and transplant teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for each case.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve clinical workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in perfusion, organ transplantation, cardiology, or critical care.
• Experience with ECMO, cardiopulmonary bypass, or organ preservation systems is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
