Responsible for selling products / services primarily through phone and emails to achieve predetermined sales quota.

Your tasks

Main Accountabilities

  • Sell modification of service contract coverage
  • Sell technical upgrade
  • Project a professional company image through phone interaction and customer visits
  • Make quotations for upgrade of service coverage, technical upgrades, parts-kits, and moves (with complete info from PM)
  • Follow the sales process, including recontacting customers via CRM
  • Provide weekly reports of activities
  • Visit customers to present service products, contracts, and upgrade solutions
  • Prepare lessons-learned meetings and report insights, especially regarding customer needs and feedback for product development and customer satisfaction improvement

Your profile

Training / Education

  • Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Business school degree or similar experience
  • Certifications: SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman PSS, Trusted Advisor Level 3

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical sales
  • Basic marketing skills for industrial B2B sales
  • Confidence in handling customer inquiries about sales offers

Leadership / Other

  • Methodical approach

Tools : Microsoft Office and internal software

Additional Requirements

  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Mechanical background
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid car license
  • English proficiency at CEFR B2 (upper intermediate)
