Job Description
Define and execute the company's commercial strategy and annual business plan for the Italian market.
Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team, setting monthly and weekly plans, objectives, and priorities.
Manage the national P&L, ensuring profitability targets and cost efficiency.
Oversee sales across multiple channels (retail, distribution, and food-service).
Develop new business opportunities while consolidating relationships with existing customers.
Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of product strategy, pricing, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, identify areas of growth, and translate insights into actionable plans.
Solve operational and commercial issues within the area of responsibility.
Report on business performance and present results and strategic recommendations to the CEO.
