IT MANAGER | IT APPLICATION MANAGER | RESPONSABILE SW E APPLICATIVI

Techyon is seeking an IT Manager to define and manage the most appropriate IT solutions, overseeing all phases of information systems development including analysis, specification, testing, and deployment to meet organizational needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain and manage the most suitable applications to support the company for offices in Italy and abroad
• Supervise usage of each application to ensure proper operation, maintaining documentation, reporting and user training
• Ensure deployment of new projects or new software releases aligned with business needs
• Supervise the internal IT team and coordinate daily activities
• Manage external suppliers for application implementation and oversee all project phases up to go-live
• Coordinate external partners in all phases of activity realization, including system related tasks
• Promote technological innovation and improve business processes

Job Requirements

Must Have:

• Laurea in informatica, ingegneria informatica o similare
• Experience of 5-10 years in the role
• IT project management and budget management skills
• Ability to propose IT solutions that support the business
• Experience in analysis and implementation of main ERP, CRM and BI software
• Ability to design applicative solutions
• Excellent communication and relational skills
• Good command of English
• Willingness to occasional short trips

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in application management or project management
• Knowledge of main ERP, CRM and BI solutions on the market
• Digital and E-commerce competencies
• Preferred knowledge of Galileo, QlikView and AS400
