- Convert industrial balers from steel to plastic wire systems at customer sites across Italy
- Run technical trials, adapt settings, and train operators on new product use
- Act as a technical bridge between engineering and commercial teams
- Represent the business on‑site with customers and report back insights
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with industrial machinery in waste management sectors
- A practical engineering background – mechanical or technical qualification ideal
- Customer‑facing communication and troubleshooting skills
