Senior Corporate Attorney

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Legal Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring full legal compliance and corporate governance across our group companies in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Drafting minutes of general assemblies, decisions, and resolutions of company bodies;
• Maintaining book of minutes and public registers for all companies;
• Coordinating day-to-day administration of all companies within our group in Italy;
• Taking care of correspondence and additional matters related to legal assistance;

Commercial Matters

• Providing legal opinions on commercial contracts, real estate agreements, and other documents related to renewable energy projects;
• Contacting public administration, as required;
• Coordinating legal due diligence processes;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements.

Requirements

• Master\'s degree in law with lawyer / apprenticeship finalized;
• 3-5 years of experience in law firms or in-house counsel, with focus on contract law, civil law, and commercial law;
• Very good knowledge of corporate and transactional law;
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy sector;
• Excellent language skills in Italian and English.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
