Within the D&ISITALY -Human Resources organization based in Bologna, as HR Business Partner Jr you will perform the following activities:

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Partnercommunity in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process
  • Serve as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context (Bologna, Florence, Rome, Bari)
  • Support newcomers induction
  • Support organization and delivery of the training plan;monitor Site training expenses;
  • Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities
  • Provide support on reporting and administrative tasks
  • Monitor and update HR KPI's Dashboard

Contract

Contractuals: 12 months fixed term contract

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
  • Fluent in English
