Responsibilities

A Facility Specialist manages the physical infrastructure and auxiliary services of the office, coordinating maintenance, supervising external suppliers, and ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and spaces. Their duties include managing service contracts (cleaning, security, car fleet, badges), monitoring supplies, managing technical documentation, controlling costs, and supervising workplace safety.
