The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is an integral part of fulfilling customers’ orders in the last mile space. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low startup costs and access to Amazon’s technology and logistics experience. To develop the DSP program, the Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist works as an interface between a team of DSP Acquisition Specialists and a team of Business Development Managers to recruit and onboard DSPs. The Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist is an integral partner to support with the administrative recruiting and onboarding activities from application vetting to final interview management, tracks and supports entrepreneurs in creating their new company, and manages the administrative onboarding process in our system.

The Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist builds trusting relationships with internal teams and external DSP candidates to identify qualified candidates, follows up and tracks them throughout the recruiting and onboarding funnel. To deliver a great candidate experience, the specialist has excellent communication skills, flexibility to support in different tasks, and enjoys the challenge of helping to build a talented organization. In order to meet our targets, the specialist uses software tools (Excel, Outlook, Salesforce), keeps an overview of candidates’ status, and has a keen eye for delivering candidate experience and quality within set deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with internal teams and external DSP candidates.
  • Identify qualified candidates and follow up throughout the recruiting and onboarding funnel.
  • Use software tools (Excel, Outlook, Salesforce) to track applications and manage administrative onboarding.
  • Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience and meet deadlines.
  • Support entrepreneurs in creating their new company and managing the administrative onboarding process.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.).
  • Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading).
