Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The role requires a hands‑on executive with strong technical expertise and a pragmatic management approach. The CFO will manage a team (2–3 people).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and control process, including preparation of budgets, forecasts, business plans, and capital expenditure plans;
• Coordinate and prepare management reporting, including monthly / quarterly closings, KPI monitoring, and periodic presentations for top management;
• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day Finance and Accounting operations;
• Prepare the statutory and financial statements;
• Manage treasury activities;
• Implement, update, and oversee company processes, procedures, and information systems across Finance, Administration, and General Affairs (and potentially HR and IT).
• Support extraordinary finance operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as CFO in an SME, or alternatively as Finance Director of a branch / division of a larger corporation.
• Strong academic background (Master Degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering).
• Solid technical background across accounting, financial reporting, planning & control, financial modelling, and corporate finance.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative mindset.
• Highly organized, reliable, and hands‑on, with an entrepreneurial and results‑driven approach.
