Overview

As Business Assistant, you will support our CBL Italy & Greece and his team.

Responsibilities

  • Run and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and internal/external collaborators.
  • Coordinate and lead events, conferences, and executive meetings.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and leading office equipment.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • French and Italian language proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range Information: €27,800.00 - €47,300.00 EUR Annual. Salary or hourly rate ranges are determined by experience, education, skills, and applicable labor laws and agreements. Additional compensation and benefits information is available on the Careers Site.
