Italian Sales Assistant

The Italian Sales Assistant is responsible for back-office operations and for coordinating various business requests across the Italian market. The role includes following up on tenders and order statuses, liaising with internal departments to meet local market needs, and supporting the back-office team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate back-office activities in support of the Italian sales team.
• Follow up on tender processes, quotations, and order statuses to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with departments such as logistics, finance, and technical service to address market and customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide administrative and operational support to help achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese, Italian, and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or back-office roles is an advantage.
