Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lean Management Specialist to join our Quality, Safety and Environment team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate process improvements across the organization
• Develop and deliver training programs to build awareness and understanding of operational excellence
• Train team members on key performance indicators and workflow optimization strategies
• Organize community events to promote best practices in efficiency and productivity
• Manage organizational readiness for change and evaluate infrastructure needs

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of operational principles, Agile methodologies and coaching skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with knowledge of Spanish preferred.
