Administrative Assistant II

Our client is seeking Warehouse Clerks in Louisville, KY. This position involves a combination of warehouse and administrative duties.

Pay Range :

$16.43 per hour. Weekly pay.

Shift :

10pm to 4am, Monday to Friday - PART TIME

Key Job Duties :

1. Meeting and Travel Coordination: Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, lodging, and events.
2. Document and Report Management: Composing, producing, maintaining documents, and analyzing data for reports.
3. Budget and Filing Management: Assisting with departmental budgets, processing expense reports, and maintaining filing systems.
4. Communication: Answering calls, managing calendars, screening inquiries, and responding to walk-in visitors.
5. Administrative Support: Handling supplies, repairs, monitoring inventory, solving routine inquiries, and supporting department policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Physical Tasks: Standing during shift, working in warehouse environment with weather elements. This is not a sit-down administrative role or office-based.

Warehouse setting.

1. Experience: Warehouse experience, Data Entry experience.
2. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet search, report generation, and strong communication skills.
3. Other Skills: Problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, independence, and handling confidential information.
