Solution Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead technical communications with key enterprise accounts and for major projects. Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients.
2. Design integrated energy storage system solutions and prepare tender documentation. Be responsible for responding to RFPs, delivering compelling bid presentations, and addressing technical inquiries during the bidding process.
3. Deliver conduct product training sessions, technical workshops, and seminars for customers.
4. Gather and analyze customer information and requirements. Monitor and compile intelligence on competitor products and activities.
5. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the company.

Qualification:

1. Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.
3. Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
5. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
