Software Engineer – Bimatic (Italy)

Bimatic, part of the Cebi Group, is a specialist in high‑precision mechanical assembly machines, test systems for automotive and household appliances, and Industry 4.0 solutions. Bimatic has a long tradition of providing automation to its core business.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with:

  • A diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation (a degree is a plus);
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience on special assembly and testing machines.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Programming of PLC hardware and software, debugging, troubleshooting machinery, commissioning, and customer support for medium‑complexity automatic plants.
  • PLC, driver, and HMI Omron programming (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of Siemens (plus);
  • Reading and understanding electrical and pneumatic schematics;
  • On‑board machine cabling (mandatory);
  • Electrical design (nice to have);
  • Good B2 level of English;
  • Teamwork skills, collaboration, proactivity, analytical ability, and meticulousness.

Additional information:

  • Travel (approx. 30 % of the time);
  • Direct contract for 12 months leading to permanent employment;Salary and benefits based on experience.

Software Engineer – aizoOn (Global, Aerospace/Defense)

aizoOn, a global technology consulting firm, is seeking a C/ADA Software Engineer for its Aerospace, Defense & Naval Division.

Primary tasks:

  • Develop and test avionics software using C or ADA;
  • Integrate and test software;
  • Prepare technical specifications and documentation (mostly in English);
  • Participate in meetings;
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
  • At least two years of experience in the role;

Responsibilities:

  • Develop software: code analysis and implementation;
  • Run and analyze test cases with Rational Testmate;
  • Create and maintain automated test scenarios;
  • Compile test documentation;
  • Graduate in technical–scientific discipline;
  • Qualified candidates may be recent graduates or those with minimum programming experience;
  • English language proficiency;
  • Experience with C/ADA or other programming or scripting languages;
  • Office suite proficiency.

Preferred skills:

  • Rational Apex, Rational Testmate, Spark, Database Access, MIL‑STD 1553.

Software Engineer – Telescopic Lifter Company (Italy)

Join a leading global manufacturer of telescopic lifts and construction machinery. The selected candidate will work in the IT Department, focusing on software design, implementation, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collect functional requirements for internal tools (ICT) and new features;
  • Monitor application components;
  • Define technical specifications for new functionalities;
  • Program in .NET, C# and SQL Server.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server;
  • Prefer knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft CRM, Analysis Services, Power BI.

Junior Software Engineer – AI & IoT Solutions (Italy)

This position is for a junior software engineer (protected category L.68/99) in Turin, with a focus on AI and IoT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features, write clean and maintainable code, and review code under senior engineers’ guidance;
  • Participate in the entire software life cycle;
  • Write unit and integration tests, debug, and improve performance and reliability;
  • Document work and adhere to security and quality best practices;
  • Collaboration with Product Owner, QA, DevOps, UX to deliver incremental value;
  • Respect company policies and standards for accessibility, security, and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma, master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
  • 0–2 years of experience in software development with Java/Kotlin, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#;
  • Basic knowledge of web services and APIs (REST or GraphQL) and relational or NoSQL databases;
  • Problem‑solving attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork skills, and good communication;
  • Protected category under Law 68/1999 (mandatory).
