The Customs Team Lead is responsible for managing the overall operations and establishing effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. In this role, you will be running customs operations within the Automotive vertical, setting up a high performing team, improving processes and implementing tools and applications to increase customer satisfaction with a successful management of productivity and in respect of a high standard level of compliance. You will be responsible for several direct reports in line with business needs.
