Role Description
We are seeking an Event Manager to join our team on a seasonal contract. The role is on-site in Alberobello and will include:
- A full seasonal contract for the 2026 summer season.
The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a diverse range of events at Tenuta Petrarolo Pistola – from private weddings and retreats to public cultural events and garden programming.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with clients to design bespoke events.
- Managing event logistics, budgets, and timelines.
- Overseeing setup, operations, and teardown.
- Leading and coordinating staff and vendors on-site.
- Ensuring every event meets the estate’s standards of excellence in guest experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Italian (required).
- Proven skills in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or high-end event management is a strong advantage.
