We are recruiting a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. This role requires collaboration, drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors to deliver technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. You must be based in Italy.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve payment collection targets.
• Communicate with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions.
• Analyze regional potential customer groups and collect relevant information.
• Research market requirements, product competitiveness, and industry trends.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and events.
• Support other business needs as required.

Qualifications:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields; experience in high-throughput sequencing preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive, pioneering, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or business-level Italian proficiency.
