Job Description

We are seeking a Document Controller to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects in the Data Centre sector and thrive in an international environment.

The Document Controller will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a critical interface and maintaining comprehensive oversight of all information and documentation‑related processes.
  • Structuring and organizing effective end‑to‑end processes between all stakeholders, including internal customer departments, external planning teams, and project management.
  • Coordinating all documents, project documentation, and manuals, leveraging strong organizational skills.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to assess document quality, create master lists, and ensure efficient information exchange and data maintenance.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably with a technical background.
  • Hands‑on experience in information and document management, ideally within data center construction or other mission‑critical projects.
  • Strong social competence and excellent communication skills, combined with a high affinity for IT; experience with document management systems is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for tackling complex, large‑scale projects and technical (including construction‑related) topics.
  • Flexibility to travel to construction site on 4‑days a week.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian at a business level.
