Job Description

Following the mission below, the role will support the cost control of personnel.

Mission

Graduates in economics, law or business, with enthusiasm, resilience and a passion for people and numbers, are the right fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor travel expenses and reimbursements of employees.
• Maintain summary orders and budgets.
• Calculate, enter and manage spending orders.
• Administer passive electronic invoicing.
• Provide administrative-accounting support to the team.

Availability

Full-time.

Selection Process

CV review, brief phone interview, online logical-attitudinal test, followed by further interviews.

Qualifications

• Academic background: bachelor/bsc or higher in economics, law or business management.
• Preferred: study abroad or experience in multinational environments.
• Required skills: strong organization and planning, initiative, relationship orientation, precision, confidentiality.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English B2 and/or French B2.

Duration

6 months, with possibility for management development.
