Overview

Junior Customer Service Engineer - Bari, Puglia (Italy) (m/f/d) role at Siemens Healthineers. Join to apply for this role and contribute to servicing healthcare diagnostic equipment within the designated area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage face-to-face customer relationships, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Ensure the complete execution of all preventive maintenance activities on assigned assets.
  • Work effectively and collaborate with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions.
  • Interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Electronic Engineering or a technical diploma (e.g., from an ITS - Istituto Tecnico Superiore) in Electronics.
  • General knowledge of the Digital Healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and across Italy as required.
  • Must be available to travel primarily in South Italy, with occasional travel to other regions and abroad.
  • Residency in Puglia, with a preference for candidates living in Bari.

Contractual Requirement: must be under 29 years old to be eligible for a professional apprenticeship contract (Contratto di Apprendistato).
