LAND SURVEYOR / FORENSIC SURVEYOR

Overview

Reporting to the Estimating Office Manager, we are looking for a surveyor / computing engineer who meets the following requirements :

• Previous experience in the role of at least 5 years within construction companies and / or engineering or design firms.
• Diploma of Surveyor or Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy, reliability, and results orientation.
• Rewarding knowledge of English and BIM.

Responsibilities

The resource will have to work independently on private / public construction projects, taking care of verifying the metric calculations based on tenders, drafting new price analyses, and preparing all documentation for participation in tenders.
