Hotel Operations Manager

The primary goal of the Hotel Director is to oversee hotel operations and drive positive results on company targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• To manage daily hotel operations and maximize revenue
• To ensure seamless delivery of food, beverage, and entertainment services
• To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective guest relations

The Hotel Operations Department encompasses various areas including Finance, IT & Data Systems, Cruise Sales, and onboard revenue-generating zones. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing these departments and ensuring optimal performance.

A degree in Hospitality or related field is required along with relevant experience in hotel management. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential qualities for this role.
