Responsibilities

  • Support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
  • Prepare technical descriptions of the products and technology, determine costs, and prepare final documentation.
  • Contribute to the Electrification - Smart Power division – Product groups Breakers & Enclosures and Service in Gulf Countries and Australia. Engage with stakeholders including Country Market Developers, Global Product Manager teams, LSU Product Marketing Directors, Product Marketing Managers/Specialists, and the Pricing team.
  • Offer technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists about ABB products, systems, and applications.
  • Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, resolve customer problems, and help achieve targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Help achieve budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Outlook, SAP, Office Package, PBI, AI, and familiarity with the electrical production and distribution market.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers, problem solving, teamwork, and sharing new ideas, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Enhanced knowledge of Office package, PBI, and AI.
  • Degree and proven experience in Electrotechnics or Electronics.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
