Overview

Accounts and Admin Assistant sought by a well-established industrial company located in Erbusco (BS), part of an international organization. This role focuses on ensuring effective communication and coordination between the Italian and UK offices regarding administrative processes. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is an essential requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Raising purchase orders and sales between subsidiaries and external suppliers
  • Day-to-day bookkeeping including bank reconciliations, payroll journals, posting supplier invoices into company software, and sales invoicing on Youdocs for the Italian VAT submission
  • Managing weekly payments and notifying the UK office for cash in advance
  • Dealing with queries from the UK office
  • Reporting on monthly stock take
  • Various ad hoc duties

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken (selection interview conducted in English)
  • Organization
  • Open to taking on different tasks
  • Previous experience in admin and accounts tasks
  • Familiarity with Italian tax rules
