Quality Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to assist the Customer Technical Support Team in implementing and maintaining a quality system including conducting audits establishing controls and training on tools and methodologies. Each day you will support activities related to customer quality management within the organizational unit and provide technical assistance for ABB’s Digital Solutions products—connected systems designed to optimize building performance.
You will act as a key point of contact for global end users supporting their technical inquiries and ensuring the correct functioning of our digital portfolio.

This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Buildings Division in Italy with a global scope of customer support.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Provide global technical support to end users for ABB’s Digital Solutions portfolio, assisting in the identification and resolution of system-related challenges.
- Monitor and report quality issues and KPIs, ensuring compliance with the quality management system and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize measurement systems and data analysis to assess product and process performance, contributing to accurate and timely decision-making.
- Deliver training to internal teams on quality tools and methodologies and conduct on-site visits when needed to inspect customer installations and offer hands-on support.
Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in technical support methodologies and digital product systems within the building automation or electrification sector.
- Experience in technical support or engineering roles, ideally with connected or smart building technologies, is considered a plus.
- You are qualified in platforms and tools related to digital building systems and automation.
- You are passionate about problem-solving and customer engagement and innovative in managing technical challenges.
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation or a related technical field.
- You are fluent in English and Italian.
