Responsibilities
• Configuring, managing, and detecting anomalies in security systems and technologies used for service provision to clients.
• Maintaining relationships with client technical contacts for service configuration and with installing technicians.
• Using the required applications to interact with deployed technologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma tecnico;
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical operational role;
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, collaborative attitude, and relationship management ability.
- Knowledge of major video, NVR, DVR, and VMS systems is preferred.
