About The Job

The intern (Extracurricular), working alongside the Tutor, will be placed in the Brand Management area and encouraged to contribute with ideas, innovation, project management, and data analysis to identify relevant information and strategic solutions for the business. In this position we offer a fixed term contract for six months.

Main Responsibilities

  • Brand Management Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Lead Brand Manager in all daily brand management activities.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct weekly and monthly analyses of brand and market performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Project Management: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and communication materials, including submissions to health authorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as the Science team for new claims development and the Customer Hub to ensure flawless field force execution.
  • Brand Activation: Support and analyze brand activation initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels to maximize impact.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare accurate and insightful reports in Excel and create compelling presentations in PowerPoint to support decision-making.

About You

  • Experience: Initial practical experience in brand management in the FCMG and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, strong interest in marketing and consumer behavior, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach, curiosity and knowledge of the digital world and social media channels as well as excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Education: Degree in Economics & Management, preferably with a Marketing focus.
  • Languages: Italian as mother tongue and fluent English.
