Role Overview

Participants in the Field Engineering Program will receive extensive training and on-the-job experience, culminating in a position as a Technical Field Advisor working on Steam Turbines. Responsibilities include managing site activities, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards are upheld during all activities.
• Manage site operations, including maintenance and repairs of turbines.
• Respond to emergency repairs and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage upgrades.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English with strong technical skills and a passion for engineering.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Formal engineering degree is preferred but experience is highly valued.
