Requirements

We are looking for a Junior ICT Support professional to join our IT Support team within a dynamic, fast‑growing environment. The role will be the main contact point for internal users and will ensure the proper functioning of the company’s information systems, focusing on daily support and device management.

  • Hardware and software support for PCs, servers and resolution of technical problems
  • Setup of new workstations and equipment for internal staff (PC, utilities, phones)
  • Management of laptops and smartphones via Endpoint Manager and MDM tools
  • Configuration and maintenance of IT peripherals
  • Active Directory expertise: user, group and policy creation
  • Documentation for internal use and end‑users
  • Experience: up to 2 years in Help Desk / IT Support
  • Technical knowledge
    • Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365 support
    • Hardware/software troubleshooting at first line
    • Basic AD and networking (TCP/IP) for user and connectivity management
  • Soft skills and availability
    • Strong customer orientation
    • Excellent problem‑solving skills
    • Reliability and proactivity
    • Team‑working capability

The expected salary (RAL) ranges from €24,000 to €27,000.
