We are looking for an Omni-Channel Stock Coordinator for our boutique in Rome to join our team under a permanent full-time (CDI) contract.

To be successful, you will be flexible, dynamic and eager to learn!

You will be responsible for overseeing the organisation of stock movements and inventory. The objective of the position is to create a memorable brand experience, reduce shrinkage by maintaining accurate stock inventory and a high functioning stockroom.

Responsibilities

  • Stockroom organisation
  • Stock presentation & seasonal launches
  • Administration
  • WH&S

The successful candidate should have experience working with stock control management, amazing customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Can conduct financial and style-specific stocktakes
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolutions
  • Experience in using inventory control software such as AP21, WIMSE, SAP or similar
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
