Night Porter Part Time

YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter for its Hostel in Florence.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with bookings
• Completing check-in and check-out procedures
• Preparing bills and taking payments
• Patrolling and securing hallways, common areas, entrances, and other locations of the Hostel
• Handling complaints or problems

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments
• Flexibility with working hours and shifts
• Excellence in customer service
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
